Inputs should be adjusted some but the majority of the difference would come in land costs. You are looking at $640/ac so rent should be in the $215 range



Rent has to be a smaller percentage of the gross on less productive farms.

It costs basically the same $’s to farm poor ground as it does to farm good ground. The difference in the gross has to come out of the land cost.
