Chris- what changed from last S motor to the T motor to have HP problem?

Nothing changed in the engine...just the drive train. Sounds like we're pulling more power to drive them now and it makes them seem like a power concern. From my understanding, there were some questions once production machines hit the field, but nothing substantial until late in the harvest up here when some guys got S97's and T71's in the same field and then they could make a more direct comparison.

What is confusing to the folks in the know, is the Pre-Production machines ran WONDERFULLY and obviously they were benchmarked against the S9's for comparison and no one had any complaints...then we started hearing this during harvest.

I have full confidence the Gleaner team will get them where they need to be...and I will have a 2023 S97 and a 2026 T71 in the same field next fall if they need a direct comparison, we will be able to help...just in case!

Chris
