Northeast Missouri
It will depend on location of your supplier. Some fuel, like what is sold in my area of Missouri, is considered "southern fuel" and is blended for warmer temperatures. It's not a simple formulation of no. 1 and no. 2. My fuel supplier told me this. Once they started sourcing fuel from "northern" supplies the selling all but went away. According to him, the difference is in the paraffin level which is a refinery issue. So, long story short, "it depends ".
