Southern MD | I'm '89 so idk anything about the set aside stuff. I worked for Soil Conservation when I was in college so my nrcs stuff is 15 years foggy now. Dunno if the buffers programs would pay. But sitting at work I just looked at maps of 5 farms we rent and there are 26 hedge rows/old fence rows that could be cleared and be farmed or very worst be a 15' grass mowed strip. One farm that has 27 fields just got logged so we are working on cleaning that one up. | |
