There is no way the development of these varieties and traits are costing that much to develop over the course of a trait's lifetime and the collections over the lifetime of said trait.
You can check the math. $130 on 90M is 11.7B.
I do realize there are other costs in producing, cleaning, treating, packaging and shipping. But in the grand scheme of things I think those costs are nothing in comparison, even if it is 10%
