Subject: Help me find a bolt to make a greasable belt tensioner

Central Minnesota

Trying to find a bolt with a grease zerk on top with a hole down the middle to grease a belt tightener on a Landpride 4211.    Made one before, getting older and lazier now. Got a new mower now and and traded old on and want to do the same thing.  The problem with no grease on that belt tightener is that it gets rusty and don't move easily.  It is a spring loaded tightener and the belts start slipping.  The flat arm also starts wearing in the deck and the tightener runs crooked and belt won't stay on.  Grease prevents both issues.

It is part number 15 on this parts diagram if it shows up in the link.    Basically just a 5/8   X  1 1/2    grade 5 bolt.    I would prefer one that has a head ( not sure what they are called- that would help my search)that is half the thickness of a common 5/8 bolt because when I put a grease zerk in there it gets a little tight to get  belts in.

Kind of like these grease bolts for shackles  but in 5/8  X 1  1/2.   Length doesn't have to be perfect as I could trim it off if too long as long as threads are enough so  I could tighten up bushing to the deck that it pivots on.

Thanks in advance if any one can help with my search.   AI don't know what I want or I don't know what it's called.
