Would you be able to put a piece of plastic ribbed culvert pipe that is smooth on the inside in that channel and slope that? Many places I have just seen a plastic culvert used to take the manure sideways out of the barn. Where the drops are you can cut openings. Just don't cut the opening all the way across, leave spots where it is still round every so often. Otherwise manure will get behind and slowly push the opening shut.
