the way it looks, the farm bureau, corn growers, soybean association, general Mills Kellogg's, ECT will lobby for more "bridge to nowhere" payments, meanwhile the cattlemen, pork producers, egg producers are suspiciously quiet in the wake of low feed prices hmmm. but the money is going to be thrown "to farmers" regardless.... 2, 3, 4 billion bushel corn carryover, where she stops nobody knows?

seems to me if we are going to throw money at the situation , it should be done with something that chips away at inventory, NOT "middleman money" that goes in one pocket and out the other that keeps inputs high. Brazil is already the cheapest supplier, they`re going to breakout 4% more new production every year no matter what US farm policy is.
