I have and have been. Also, responses I have gotten are mainly that Big Oil is the main reason for the hold up on it. Everyone I have talked to says it is a no brainer. Funny how oil companies are all about backing ethanol plants having to sequester CO2 and the “Eminent Domain for Private Gain” agenda of CO2 pipelines but against E15. Follow the money!

Talk to someone who doesn't farm. The public hates ethanol and sees the mandate as worthless subsidies responsible for high store prices.

Follow the money is right. What would anyone gain from the mandate, aside from ethanol plants and farmers getting more money?
