I have been sober for 124 days. Eternally seems scary but making it to bed time seems manageable for me.

I encourage you to try and make one day. And then one more. It took me about 3 or 4 tries I would make a week or 2 Then 4 or 5.

For me, I just need to be busy Wash clothes Wash the truck Exercise Something because for me sitting without a plan, makes me want a scotch and water. Exercise can be just a walk to get your heart rate up or can be more I run 20 or miles a week

If you can make it a week and allow your body to detox even a little bit, you will realize how bad you feel whether you realize it or not. Good for you. Try AA it helps you understand alcoholism and you realize your not alone.

Good luck We are all pulling for you
