Not new and it wouldn't work any better this time than it did last time.

I hated the set aside program.   I hated helping measure and flag those acres and I hated mowing them.     I think we have a few acres that haven't been farmed since before they went into the set aside program nearly 40 years ago, been mowed/baled ever since.    

If the set aside deal came back around we'd probably have to plant those acres to corn/beans for a year so we could put them back into set aside again.
