S.E. Washington | I turned a tanker truck into a fifth wheel truck. It’s no problem, and unless it had some strange modifications done, it’s just a tractor under that frame. On my Pete, the frame behind the axle was extended from its tanker days. I just cut it down and put on a back plate.
FLD 120 is a dime a dozen around here. I bought one for parts last week for the engine, plus have others in the bone yard. If you get stuck on it, post up on here and we’ll get in touch and see if I have what you need, if you don’t have it closer. | |
