We’re in the heart of winter wheat grazing country and got great stands along with great fall growth. Back in the day there would be calves grazing everywhere but currently there are hardly any, I think just because of the cost to buy in. I agree with the premise of your post but I shudder to think of how deep in debt a guy would go to run calves in any reasonable number.
