Use 5 year average planting history for Base Acres

Use Crop Insurance Yields

If First 5 months of Marketing Year Average Price Is over $6 then no payment

If First 5 months of Marketing Year Average is $5 or below payment would be $1 per bushel of Base acres x yield

If price is below $5 then you can forfeit it to CCC
