ACA was a REPUBLICAN plan.
That's funny-revisionist history-I recall them working it out in a closed door deal with republicans locked out....then being told you have to pass it to see whats in it.
I do know that as soon as it was passed it wasn't two years till the healthcare costs started accelerating like Al Gore hockey stick on global warming-so it dang sure wasn't effective.
