Sorry to have to break the news to you, but we produce too much grain for the current demand we have in the US. Until there is a big production problem in other major grain producing countries, it's unlikely that exports will get us out of this over-production problem. It's silly for govt taxpayers to keep endlessly throwing money at a problem that won't get any better soon unless production is cut back. There are two ways for that to happen: we can let the market crush farmers out of business and put most of the grain production in the hands of a few large corporate entities, or we can have the govt set up a program to idle grain production in return for payments. As things stand, individual farmers don't have any power to change things.
