Subject: Chevy 10L100 preventative maintenance?

We have a 2020 Chevy 2500 with 65000 miles. It has never worked overly hard and is really clean. Runs excellent. I've been reading that maybe i should replace the transmission valve body with an upgraded one. If i understand correctly, they can leak internally and let clutches drag, or if they fail put it in 2 gears at once and lock up the back wheels. By the time this happens the transmission needs full rebuild. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this something that needs done with normal use? We tend to keep things a long time, so I am thinking long term.
