Like others said, you can make a 0-0-10 or 0-0-12 by mixing soluble potash (finely ground white potash) with water. If it's mixed well enough you shouldn't have a problem with it settling out. We've also made 3-10-10 by adding 10-34-0 in place of some of the water.
