I don't think there should be any more bailout money. It's only making the bubble bigger. Let it burst. If the government really wants to change things, start with regulations, tax code, trade, and enforcing anti-trust laws. Break these big mega monopolies up. It's where most of the funny money goes in the end anyway. Billionaire corporate foreign owned welfare queens.
