At the beginning Arc Co was a good choice but the next year PLC was the better choice. I remember going to meetings with Kstate Extension and the guy asking if anyone thought wheat would ever get below $5 again. Everyone was convinced that we had hit a new plateau and the floor was in. That didn't turn out too good.
