I just read a article in successful farmer talking about a new bipartisan payment that targets row crops and family farms. The way its proposed it will be larger then the bridge payment. Does anyone have any info on it? The bridge payment also excluded pp acres and disaster declarations which i believe is odd unless they're going to be funded by another payment.
