Nothing easy about marketing. You start with your APH, that’s past history. Then do your best job of marketing and just assume that’s your total income? Bridge payment and arc/plc would just be a bonus.

We spend a lot of time trying to achieve the highest economical yield possible. But personally we need to work harder at achieving a selling price that is in the top third of the price range.
