Wall Street big shots like Scott Bessent consider any small business making less than about $10,000,000 a year in sales a "Mom and Pop" business. That would include persons who own 10 rental homes along with most farmers and other small business owners.
I personally know 3 persons who own between 10 and 20 rental homes.
