As far as all these anecdotal stories go. Here’s a lesson I was taught a long time ago in high school.

While stories can spark interest, statistics reveal actual patterns, showing that individual cases (anecdotes) often misrepresent the larger reality (data), making rigorous data essential for valid understanding.”
