| I know a lot of mom and pops from growing up. Zero of them own 12 rental properties. Zero.
I think there’s probably rental businesses that own many rental properties but calling that “mom and pop” is a stretch
I mean this outlandish take on “mom and pops like your parents” owning 12 homes for rental properties is also coming from the guy who called himself a soybean farmer, when in fact, he’s never farmed an acre of soybeans, but owns a large interest in a soybean farm which he sold off after pushing the “china buying our beans” narrative that pushed soybeans to 11 last year. Beans that they BOOKED but I don’t think have taken delivery on yet
But yea blackstone bought a lot of homes | |
