Subject: RE: Loss of power from C12 engine

Hi there,
About the questions you asked,
The technition isolated the misfire to one cylinder (#2) . Cam follower and cam lobe damaged.
Replaced all 18 cam followers and replaced new camshaft.
Replased new injector (cyl #2) replaced other five in their origional places.
Misfires at idle and throughout the range while driving.
Fuel lines are braded and crimped hoses.
One filter screwed on upside down.
On very rare ocasions engine will crank for a long time before starting.
Fuel pressure while driving is between 60-70psi
All info is from the cat technition working on the truck.
Sprint.
