I am old enough to retire and starting to think about selling some long term holdings as you are and am just curious how the tax man is treating you on your Sprott Bullion Trust sales. I did not file the IRS 8641 so I am afraid I will be paying the ordinary income rate. Hope yours is in a Roth IRA - by far the best tax treatment for anything that has appreciated. | |
