Build codes show its already hydraulic drive.

Here is what I get.

3 - AH224250 - EPM's to control the clutches
1 - BA32235 EMP mounting parts (no longer available)
and then,
16 - BA31572 for chain drive clutch and harness
or
16 - BA32755 ProShaft clutches and harness
16 - AA57526 ProShaft cables
16 - AA57397 ProShaft Drives

If you're going the ProShaft route I highly recommend all new bearings and hangers for the drill shaft since you have to take it all apart to put the ProShaft drives on

Side note, did you buy it from Schuneman? I'm good friends with Rob.
