ncia | Crop hail insurance is very common in my part of north iowa. In the past the wind insurance rider was a good choice and I’ve collected some fields in 3of last 5 years. In 2025 I did not have a claim but 3 people that I talked to said the claims rules had changed and some types of losses were not covered anymore. Specifically , greensnap was covered but down flat and un -harvestable was not. If you had a claim in 2025 ,were you satisfied with your settlement? What were your thoughts?
