If you're able, put her in a trailer and take a ride for an hour or so. There are pharmacutical options but a ride around the block/change of environment sometimes triggers a heat cycle.
+2, happens with my GD pig(s) just about every year, she takes the gilts on a road trip a while BEFORE fair week.
