S Illinois | Would be interesting to know where he sourced that data from. Here is the most recent data I could find filed with Public Utilities Commission filled 11 months ago.

It was showing 1.1 million not current vs 4.6 million(edit: current or 100% paid in full within 30 days). Of the 1.1, 490k were 31-60 days in arrears or basically a month behind the payment schedule. The data doesn't quite sound as ominous as old VDH makes it sound. But if there is better more recent data I am open to that.
