What I understand is natto is the fermented soybean food. I don’t think that sounds very appetizing either. Nattokinase is the enzyme in natto you get the heart health benefit from which looks like it can be extracted somehow and taken as a supplement. I can’t find very many write ups or videos talking very bad about it
