We are hurting ourselves with over production in a non increase in usage environment.SA increases productivity as well but they increase usage as well! Why don’t/can’t we? 
ie… They have a 30% ethanol mandate and our jug heads in DC can’t even get a 15% mandate going. Big oil always has and always will run our leaders in DC from the top to the bottom. Hard to “clean the swamp” when they all buddy up to Shrek themselves.
