Alberta | You can feed them whatever you like as long as it is providing their nutrient needs. I prefer to feed them whatever costs me the least amount per day per head, but its you that is sharpening your pencil. We went from greenfeed bales to silage for the fact that we could never get up a consistent quality feed. That was 30 years ago and no regrets.
