Northwest Illinois | My wife, after she retired from her full-time job, went back to school and became an ordained minister. Almost 2 years ago, a close friend committed suicide shocking our community. Over the years, there have been way too many suicides in our small community. My wife saw the need for counseling and spent the last year working towards and obtaining a certificate in Christian Counseling. In the meantime, we refurbished a small building on our property that is used for counseling anybody. There is no charge for this service. As the word gets out about this service, she is starting to meet with more and more people. | |
