So I am a landlord at this point. Have been for 4 years.
If I lower my rent cost by 10%, should I ask the tenet what they have done to lower other cost also. Just to have the conversation?
Land cost is about 30% of production cost. I would guess.
My rent is in line with local and county avg. And for aph.
Had a landlord notice how well I was doing farming his ground via cash rent. He was afraid to ask to go 50/50 and was shocked when I told him I prefer it to be that way. He was getting pretty good rent but said he would rather ride the ride with me. It's been great. I hate cash rent but certainly do plenty of it. |
