Actually the majority of my landlords are given that information in one form or another.
Cost of living and cost of labor can be an interesting conversation. How much should a family live on? Should their spouse or them have to work off farm? Depending on size of operation, insurance needs, age of kids, house mortgage, etc. you can easily get over 10% of gross revenue/ac. | |
