I think the Greenland rhetoric actually shows the stupidity of NATO in this day and age. Europe won’t pay its fair share to defend itself against a supposed Russian threat, it’s the Americans job to keep peace at their expense on our continent, but we will join together in an instant to take a stand against the US if they want Greenland. If Russia or China want it, the Americans should defend it for us. The post WW2 alliances are over. Pull out of NATO and concentrate on parts of the world that are more important. Europe is like the Middle East. They have fought each other for thousands of years and will continue to do so for the next thousand.
