200bu now using the 1960s calculator needs 70# P2O5 and 50# K2O. But guys are actually testing the nutrient removal of today’s 200bu of grain and getting 32# P2O5 and 40# K2O. Isn’t this mind boggling? So if we’re actually removing less P&K why are fertilizing with the old calculation. This is huge…
