Pittsburg, Kansas | A place right up against our home place is for sale. I checked into it and made an offer last fall.
But for what they were asking I could only in a good case scenario seeing income amounting to one or two percent. Pitiful. I passed. Would have had to sell gold and silver to pay for it last year (and pay taxes on the gains). Kind of glad I kept the gold and silver.
