We did a 99 T600 about 10 years ago it took a couple of us a week. We also shortened the frame, it now turns on a dime and moved the battery box to the back of the cab so the air ride works better with that weight attached to the cab. Glad we did it. It has been a super truck but I wouldn't want to tackle it again.
