4. Price dimensions
5. Swing
6.Failed Swing
7.Released Energy

And go!

Hi JC,

1.Market Structure: Market structure is a really broad term in price action. The most obvious is the pivot structure of the highs and lows. Then there are frequencies, bars, and formations in play.
2. Stored Energy - Is the amount of energy avaiable to price at the pivot. Like a rubber band stretched- is has all the energy it will ever have at that point. Once it leaves the pivot, price is releasing that energy - meanwhile storing the energy for the next swing.
3. Price rotation: Is the process of the dimensions of price struggling with each other and expressing this tug of war on the chart.
4. Price dimensions: There are 3 easily seen. Price, Time and the land of sloped lines. 4 is depth - much harder to see. Super computer have modeled that there are at least 7 at work. It really doesn't matter how many there are because their influence will be seen in 1,2 and 3.
5. Swing: Pivots that are relative to each other make a swing. All pivots have their matching relative swing pivots, but not all pivots are matching relative swings pivots.
6.Failed Swing: Is the inability of price to complete its only task in life. For example a higher lows job is to make a higher high. Inversely, a lower highs job is to make a lower low. This failure is the expression of the one dimension of price that has been leading, is no longer in charge because one of the other dimensions in price force is overwhelming the previous. Analogy I used numerous times over the years is that imagine there was a boy at the bottom of a big hill. He has a ball and keeps throwing it up the hill. Because the amount of energy is not enough to through it over the top of the hill, the ball returns to the boy. However, if throws the ball with enough energy to reach the top of the hill, it does not return. It's physics, and price is not immune to those laws. That's what is so dangerous about the current situation.
7.Released Energy: Is the energy that has been expended during the current swing.

Your turn.

Take care
