Denison, IA | Are you in a position to answer his question on why you raised the rent 10% in another year? Other than the fact that you feel like it, you should be able to justify that question as well. Your tenant shouldn’t have to subsidize your cost if everything has stayed the course in a given year.
Not saying that either if your should intrude in each others cost of production or cost of living, but the conversation should be able to go both ways. | |
