So I am a landlord at this point. Have been for 4 years.
If I lower my rent cost by 10%, should I ask the tenet what they have done to lower other cost also. Just to have the conversation?
Land cost is about 30% of production cost. I would guess.
My rent is in line with local and county avg. And for aph.
If I was a landlord would be required for the renter to show me the breakdown on their cost of production. I am not going to lower the rent $100 acre so the renter can overspend the $100 acre elsewhere. |
