ncia		I agree with some form of crop share also. It does somewhat complicate some accounting/bookkeeping matters and not everyone is capable of dealing with that. Id discuss this but not on a public forum. With greater risk comes greater reward.

In my area, I’d definitely pay 30% of the gross.
