NCSD | First off, thank you from your tenant for even considering to lower rent. I appreciate you thinking of my bottom line.
If you ask this question, keep in mind your tenant is a price taker. He/she doesn’t get to pick what they pay for inputs, they just get to decide whether to apply less.
So if your tenant has the health of the soil as one of their main concerns, they probably haven’t cut much in cost of production.
All depends what kind of farmer they are…and if you trust them…. | |
