Hats off to you for even considering taking a little less at this time. Great to see some landlords view things as a partnership.
A neighbor recently told me about his rent increase, jump of 10% with an escalation clause for the next 3 years. Landlord, recently retired, now is fully in return on asset mode, was always ready to give you an ear full about increases in seed, machinery and fertilizer in his farming days.
Nope….no one forced the neighbor to sign, he could’ve walked…. | |
