At 47 years old I'm pretty happy with where I'm at acres wise and have no plans on further expansion. I hire no labor, and have very low equipment dept/costs. My near term goals are to strengthen financial positions, maybe build infrastructure (bigger shop/bins) and see if another generation intends to try to farm. If they do than some serious reevaluating will occur. |
