Ya, I doubt $10k dollar per acre purchased land will rent for $10k per acre in 40 years.
What is the average time it takes a stable farm operation to double? I doubt it’s under 12 years, and most of the wealth would probably be in appreciation of the land. Not so much cashflow, margins, nor sales of products.
