The vast majority are sitting in heated shops at 60-70 degrees.
I'm not understanding a need to have anything plugged in at that temp.
Be like plugging your pickup in in the summertime.
Ours are , i like to let a diesel get a little time to get the thermal expansion part done .
I do get in my ford and ease down the driveway most times .
There is a time and a place , for everything .
A person needs to decide when that time and place is .
